Refunds will be processed once returned items have been received and inspected.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

• Be returned in their original condition
• Be returned in their original packaging where possible

Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you’ve received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
