Shipping Policy

At Ember & Oak, we aim to get your order packed and on its way to you as quickly as possible.

UK Delivery

We currently offer delivery within the UK.

Standard delivery: £2.95

FREE delivery on orders over £40

Your available delivery options and any applicable delivery charges will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days of receiving your order.

Orders are generally processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

During particularly busy periods, product launches, promotions or other circumstances that result in a high volume of orders, dispatch may take slightly longer.

If there is an unexpected delay with your order, we will do our best to keep you informed.

Delivery Service

Orders are sent using Evri.

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive tracking information where tracking is available for your selected service.

Delivery times are controlled by the delivery provider and may vary depending on circumstances outside our control.

Delivery Address

Please make sure your delivery address is correct when placing your order.

We cannot guarantee that an order can be redirected once it has been dispatched.

We will do our best to help, although we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has been processed or dispatched.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at:

We will work with you and the delivery provider to investigate the issue.

If an order is confirmed as lost in transit, we will take appropriate action in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the packaging and the product where appropriate.

We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy where applicable.

International Delivery

At this time, Ember & Oak primarily offers delivery within the UK.

If international delivery becomes available, the applicable delivery options, charges and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.
