Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Ember & Oak offers subscription options that provide customers with recurring monthly orders.

Our subscription options are:

Ember — £14.99 per month
Flame — £24.99 per month
Blaze — £34.99 per month
Inferno — £44.99 per month

Subscription customers receive free delivery and are contacted each month to select their preferred fragrance(s). Subscription orders are then freshly hand-poured and prepared for dispatch.

Cancelling your subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will prevent future recurring subscription payments and orders from being processed.

If you cancel after a subscription payment has already been taken or an order has already been prepared or dispatched, that month’s order may still be fulfilled and the payment will not automatically be refundable. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
